  <em>M</em> is biholomorphic to a complex projective space

Introduction</title><p>Kobayashi and Ochiai [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.57172-ref1">1</xref>] have given Characterizations of the complex projective spaces. Kobayashi-Ochiai Theorem [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.57172-ref1">1</xref>] has been applied to obtain many important characterizations of the projective spaces, such as the proof of Frankel conjectures [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.57172-ref2">2</xref>] , the proof of Hartshorne conjecture [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.57172-ref3">3</xref>] , and many others [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.57172-ref4">4</xref>] -[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.57172-ref7">7</xref>] . In this note, we want to give a characterization of the complex projective spaces via sections of line bundles.</p><p>Results which can be found in [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.57172-ref1">1</xref>] [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.57172-ref8">8</xref>] and [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.57172-ref9">9</xref>] are used freely often without explicit references. Let M be a complex space with a line bundle L. <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/4-5300905x6.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>is the sheaf of germs of sheaf of holomorphic functions, <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/4-5300905x7.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>is the sheaf of germs of holomorphic sections of a line bundle L. <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/4-5300905x8.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>means<inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/4-5300905x9.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>.</p></sec><sec id="s2"><title>2. Characterization of the Projective Spaces</title><p>In this paper, a characterization of the projective space will be given.</p><p>Definition. Let M be a compact complex space with a line bundle L. M is said to be completely intersected with respect to a line bundle L, provided that complex subspace <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/4-5300905x10.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> is irreducible for any linearly independent elements of <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/4-5300905x11.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> of<inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/4-5300905x12.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>, where each <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/4-5300905x13.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> is irreducible, and <inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/4-5300905x14.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula> is the common zeros of<inline-formula><inline-graphic xlink:href="http://html.scirp.org/file/4-5300905x15.png" xlink:type="simple"/></inline-formula>.</p><p>From the Lemma 1.1 [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.57172-ref1">1</xref>] and the proof of theorem 16.2.1 [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="scirp.57172-ref8">8</xref>] , we have</p><p>Lemma 1.
